Today, I’m focused on aligning innovation with grounded intuition—supporting people within organizations to reconnect to their bodies, their purpose, and their own inner wisdom. As I embraced practices that honor both body and soul, I realized the importance of aligning our innovations with our own intuition.   • Body Work

    I studied biomechanics in school because I was fascinated by how the body works. I believe the body holds more than just muscle—it carries memory, trauma, emotion, and insight. My background gave me the science; massage and energy work gave me the practice.

    This work allows me to blend physical touch with energetic presence. My approach combines somatic techniques, energy healing, and an intuitive understanding of the body—shaped by learnings from naturopaths, physical therapists, reiki teachers, and other healers along the way.

    We’ll listen to your body, respond with care, and create space for realignment.

About me

I’m a queer Coptic man, shaped by the wisdom of my heritage and a lifelong calling toward healing. I carry a New York state of mind—precise, curious, and direct—balanced by a West Coast approachability that keeps things grounded, open, and human.

I studied biomechanics at Cornell, and I’ve spent my life translating complex systems into something people can feel, understand, and act on—whether in the body, in a business, or somewhere in between. I’m a translator and medium. I love to listen, and I love to talk.

I believe in divine energy, in the power of song, in the life force that connects us all. There’s so much pain and disconnection in the world—but I believe our deepest work is to make space for love to move through us. My vocation is to help people remember what’s already within them.
